Our regulator
We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the regulator for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and registered pharmacies in Great Britain. You can check a pharmacist’s registration, or a pharmacy’s, on the GPhC register at pharmacyregulation.org/registers.
Prescribers
Every consultation is reviewed by a prescriber registered with a UK regulator before anything is dispensed. A prescriber can decline treatment, and will where it is not clinically appropriate.
Medicines
The treatments on this site are prescription-only medicines. They are supplied against a prescription issued after a clinical review of your consultation, and dispensed by a GPhC-registered pharmacy in the UK. Medicines are regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
Reporting a side effect
Suspected side effects can be reported through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.
Complaints
Our complaints process is set out on the complaints page.
