This policy explains what we do with the information you give us, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Re Up Health is a trading name of Mirror Pharma Limited, a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at sales@mirrorpharma.co.uk or at Unit 1b Office, Universal Building, 132-134 Higher Ardwick, Manchester, M12 6DA.
What we collect
- Your account details: name, email address, password, delivery and billing address, phone number.
- Your consultation answers: the health questions you answer before treatment, including your height, weight, medical history, other medicines and anything you tell us in free text. Some of this is health data, which the law treats as a special category.
- Evidence you upload: photographs or documents you choose to attach to a consultation.
- Your orders: what you bought, when, what it cost and where it was sent.
- Messages: anything you and the prescriber send each other about a consultation.
- Technical information: the essential cookies that keep you signed in and remember your basket. See our cookie policy.
Why we need it, and our lawful basis
- To decide whether treatment is appropriate for you, and to dispense it. For the health parts of your consultation our basis is provision of health care under Article 9(2)(h) of the UK GDPR, carried out by or under the responsibility of a registered healthcare professional.
- To fulfil your order and take payment, which is performance of a contract.
- To keep the records a pharmacy is required to keep, which is a legal obligation.
- To answer you when you contact us, which is our legitimate interest.
We do not use your consultation answers for marketing, and we do not sell your data to anybody.
Who sees it
Your consultation is read by the UK-registered prescriber reviewing it and by the pharmacy team dispensing your order. Beyond that we share only what is necessary with: the courier delivering your parcel (name and address), our payment provider (who handles your card details directly, and we never see or store them), and our email provider. Each acts on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
Records relating to a prescription, including the consultation behind it, are kept for the period required of a registered pharmacy rather than deleted on request, because a prescribing decision has to remain auditable. Account details and messages that are not part of a clinical record are kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email sales@mirrorpharma.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Where your data is held
Our systems are hosted in the United Kingdom. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards the UK GDPR requires.
