If something has gone wrong, we would rather hear about it. Most things we can put right quickly.
How to complain
Email sales@mirrorpharma.co.uk, or write to us at Unit 1b Office, Universal Building, 132-134 Higher Ardwick, Manchester, M12 6DA.
It helps if you can tell us:
- your name and the email address on your account;
- your order number, if it relates to an order;
- what happened, and when;
- what you would like us to do about it.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within three working days.
- We aim to give you a full response within ten working days. If we need longer, for example because a prescriber needs to review the clinical record, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
- Complaints involving clinical care are reviewed by our Superintendent Pharmacist.
If you are not satisfied
Tell us, and we will look at it again. If you are still unhappy, you can raise the matter with the General Pharmaceutical Council, the regulator for pharmacies in Great Britain, at pharmacyregulation.org. You do not have to come to us first, but it usually helps.
Reporting a side effect
If you think you have had a side effect from a medicine, report it through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk, and tell us as well. If you are seriously unwell, contact your GP, call 111, or call 999 in an emergency.
