These terms apply when you use this website or order treatment through it. By placing an order you accept them.
Who you are contracting with

Who can use the service
You must be 18 or over and living in the UK. You must answer the consultation questions honestly and completely, about yourself and not on behalf of somebody else. A prescriber can only make a safe decision from accurate information, and an order based on answers that are not accurate may be declined or cancelled.
How an order works
- You complete a consultation and place your order. Payment is taken at this point.
- A UK-registered prescriber reviews your answers. They may approve, decline, or come back to you with questions.
- If they approve, we dispense your treatment and post it to you.
- If they decline, we refund you in full. You do not need to ask.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. No contract for the supply of a medicine exists until a prescriber has approved it. We may decline an order without giving clinical detail.
Each order needs its own consultation
We cannot carry a previous consultation forward. The prescriber is making a fresh decision each time and can only do so from current information.
Prices and payment
Prices include your consultation and the medicine. Delivery is free, tracked and signed for. Prices may change, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your card details.
Refunds and returns
If treatment is not approved, you are refunded in full. Once a medicine has been dispensed it cannot be returned, exchanged or resold, even unopened. This is a legal requirement under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, not our policy. Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to medicines supplied against a prescription. None of this affects your rights if what arrives is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered: contact us and we will put it right.
Delivery
We deliver within the UK only, by a tracked and signed-for service, in plain packaging with no pharmacy branding. A signature is required. Delivery usually takes two to four working days from dispatch, which begins when a prescriber approves your order. We cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Using the website
Do not misuse this site, attempt to gain access to accounts that are not yours, or use it in a way that could damage it or interfere with anyone else’s use of it. The content on this site belongs to us or our licensors.
What this service is not
This is not an emergency service and it does not replace seeing a clinician in person. If you are seriously unwell, contact your GP, call 111, or call 999 in an emergency.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
